Proud to be working with NENC EELE regional team to implement the Safe Learning Environment  for ELM Alliance (SLEC).

We are honoured to partner with the NENC EELE regional team in the implementation of the Safe Learning Environment for ELM Alliance (SLEC). This initiative was established in direct response to valuable feedback from healthcare learners regarding their clinical experiences. SLEC is dedicated to the development of positive safety cultures and promoting continuous learning across all NHS learning environments. At the core of SLEC are the principles of equality, diversity, and inclusion, ensuring that every learner is respected and valued.

This initiative is seamlessly aligned with the NHS People Promise, which underscores the importance of learners within our workforce. By integrating these commitments, we strive to create an environment where learners feel supported, recognized, and integral to the future of healthcare. Our collaboration with the NENC EELE regional team exemplifies our commitment to excellence in healthcare education. Together, we are building a robust framework that not only enhances the learning experience but also contributes to the overall improvement of clinical practice within the NHS
